The building is divided into a swimming and leisure zone. The roof above the swimming zone is shaped like a segment of a cylindrical surface. It is supported by 9 arches set at 3.6m centres over a span of 21.525m. The roof above the leisure pool is shaped like a quarter of a dome. It is supported by 13 arches over a span of 27.25m. The contract also included the roof to cover the waterslide stair tower. The beams are exposed both in the interior and exterior including exposed board decking. The roof has a warm deck configuration.
