The building has a footprint size of 25.0m x 50.9m with walls constructed out of reinforced cast-in-place concrete and a gable roof with a slope of 12 degrees. The timber structure between the grid lines 4 and 5 is raised and the orientation of the roof pitch is changed. The roof is supported by 12 extended tapered beams and additional straight beams in the grid lines 4 and 5 to carry the raised section of the roof. The roofing is made out of tile pattern sheets with a ventilated gap above the sheathing that is view-exposed in the interior. The building is divided in 3 separate sections. RC walls in the interior have a timber palisade lining. Our contract also included a large-sized sliding door and larch-timber ventilating louvers installed between the beams along the building perimeter.
