The building is used to house-in 446 dairy cows. This is a single-storey building with plan dimensions of 34.16m x 111.3 m. The building height at the ridge is 12 m. The main supporting structure is made up of steel and timber frames with inserted socketed stanchions and a rod tension member. The spacing between the frames is 6m and 5.1m.  The steel posts of the frame are made of IPE beams, and the socketed stanchions are made of tubes of dia. 159/6.3mm. The frame ledge is made of glulam timber 160/170mm; a rod tension member made of timber160/160mm is inserted between the socketed stanchions. The structural stiffness of the structure in lengthwise direction is achieved by six bracing frames.  The roof envelope is made of sandwich panels and is carried by purlins and bracings. The envelope of lengthwise walls consists of quickdraw tarpaulin systems and a mesh, for which supporting squares were prepared. The gable structure consists of 250mm thick concrete walls up to +2.20 level and a timber structure of the gables that is attached to these walls with penetrations for the doors.  The structure composed of posts, cross bars and diagonal members is clad by vertically laid boards with overlap.
