Napajedla Elementary School Gym

The gym is roofed by 7 pairs of tapered trusses at 6m centres. The centre-to-centre distance of the trusses in each pair is 2 metres. The total span is 26 metres. The hall length is approximately 49.25m. There are diagonal wind braces fastened between the pairs of trusses. The trusses have hidden joints and have been designed to have a fire resistance rating R30. The roof has a warm deck configuration. The ceiling was constructed out of planed board with gaps.
