The building with a total length of 63m has two bays to span over 30.640m and 26.940m. It is a part of a larger logistics complex. The tapered beams are set into the forks of RC columns along the building perimeter on a 7m grid, and into the pockets of the internal RC girder. The beam stability is ensured by bracing made out of timber struts and steel tie rods.
