The main beams of the bridge with a span of approx. 7.71 m are composed of two raised bottom chord trusses made of glued laminated timber GL24h. A horizontal bracing made of GL24h is placed at a right angle to the beams in the bridge deck plane. A wooden curved piece is placed on the studs of the horizontal stiffening beam always in the middle between the beams.
The wear layer is made of oak-tree boards put on the top edge of both the bridge beams and the intermediate beam. The boards are laid with a gap of 10 mm between the elements. The bridge is mounted onto a steel profile beam HE 160 B that acts as spacer and compensator element. The joint between the foundation beam and bridge is a pinned joint.
Materials:
Glued laminated timber - GL24h
Lumber - D30
Steel - S235
Year of completion: 2013
