The farm is a single-storey building (stable) of centre-to-centre plan dimensions 26.8 x 69.4 m. The main structure of the building consists of steel and glulam frames. The frame studs are IPE steel beams and the timber cross beams are made of glued laminated timber. The frame is supported with HEA interior column. The frame also includes a timber tension member. The gable end timber structure is atypical, creating hipped roof planes.  The roof over the main building space is a gable roof with asymmetrical pitch of two planes. The gable end roof is a hipped roof. These roof segments are arranged at a right angle to each other. As regards structural properties, the skeleton structure acts as space frame. Required stiffness of the structure in lengthwise direction is achieved by 5 stiffening spans composed of roof and wall tension bars and bracing elements. The gable walls are made as 300mm thick concrete base walls up to +1.600 level, at which with the timber structure of the gable walls is attached to the concrete base. The entire gable is covered up with board cladding.
